Carado casement windows

We have several casement windows that do not open and close properly. The worm gear simply easily slides out. In many cases we can open the window but the worm gear connected to the handle simply comes loose when trying to close the window I can see a part number on each:
On the right hand window 40254 with a 2 on the far right hand side
on the left window 40254 that I cannot make out the single number to the right.
The name Truth is also shown on the part. please advise which parts I need to order and instructions on how to disassemble the unit to get to the mechanism.
With the vertical channel for the screen I don't see how to lever up the wood trim without breaking the trim
