The window crank on my Caradco window doesn't work, and it appears to need several parts. The teeth on the gear/wheel that is directly spun by the crank have worn and will not catch on the crank. The crank itself has worn teeth and needs to be replaced. Finally, the part that covers the crank is cracked and needs to be replaced.
The word "TRUTH" is written inside the cover. The numbers 9 and 45054 are written inside the crank handle. On the
arm operator is written "Entry Gard" and "TRUTH" as well as the numbers 20755 and 31512.
It appears from your website that I need parts 39-031, 39-107, and 39-205. Please let me know if this is correct. I have a number of windows of the same age as the one that is broken, and I am concerned that I may need additional parts. Are these parts easily obtained? Should I stock up on several more replacements?

Hello, thanks for the post and photos! You are indeed correct that you can repair your Caradoc window with the 39-031arm operator, 39-107 operator cover and the 39-205 crank handle.
We certainly carry a good amount of parts that are compatible with your windows, but you should be OK just replacing what's broken and reusing undamaged parts. Hope this helps.
