Cardaco casement window hinges

Question

Send picture of new hinge I got from you guys with a picture of the old one.. did I get the correct one and I just don't know how to move the PIN. Is there a way for me to move the pin or do I order another one.

Hello,

Your original hinge resembles the 36-048 set as long as the 10" base matches yours. Keep in mind that it is important to replace both hinges at the same time. We also offer the video below to help with installation. Our hinges use a detach clip to attach and remove the connecting arm from the rivet as shown near the end of the video. Thank you.
