Care Free window replacement parts

Question

I am looking for replacement parts for a 20+ year old Care Free window for my parents house. Both pivot locking shoes are broken and the spring balances have gone missing. The window is 30" tall and 38.5" wide. Pics are included. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide replacement balance springs for this style. I cannot confirm the exact style pivot shoe the window uses while installed, but start by taking a look and comparing dimensions of the 15-218, 15-220 or 15-213.
