Carefree Window Balancer

Question

Please advise. I did read your instructions. This has a black tip unsure what part this would be. window is tilt. year is 1994 single hung window. approx. size 44 x 30
also looking to see if you carry the plug that is missing see photo 1

Thanks for writing in! Your spiral balance appears to the be the S600-30 with a black tip. This balance has a 5/8" diameter. Although, you should be sure to double check the diameter of the balance.

I believe the balance plug you are referring to may be part 26-200. Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.
