Carefree window warranty

Question

I have carefree windows that were purchased in 2000. They had a warranty of 30 years, that did nothing for us because they quickly went out of business after we purchased.  Anyway, we need the crank out parts for our windows.  The numbers I could see on the inside of the window are: nfrc 100  series: 5000  MST: 2650   Can you help?
