We have a number of failing balances "windows no longer stay up. I realize that JeldWen now owns Carodco windows and no longer have parts, I'm just looking for something that will work. They are vinyl dauble hung windows with springs and balance shoes that no longer hold in place.

We carry many varieties of balances, but I cannot identify what you have based on this information. Could you remove the balance in question from the window and show us a few pictures of it?
