Carolina Mirror Co. Sliding Closet Door Top Guide

The plastic guides at the top of the mirror door are broken. Looking for a replacement or anything that could help keeping the door on its tracks. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I can't get a good look at the guide in question from this photo, unfortunately. Could we see a photo of the whole thing, perhaps removed from the door?
