Carriage bracket for crank/screw window tilt

I'm looking for the white bracket in the photo. It has a threaded core so it rides back and forth along the screw crank which tilts the top sash of the garden window open and closed. The plastic has deteriorated and is crumbling.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement hardware for your garden window. If you know who the original manufacturer was, they may be able to point you in the right direction. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
