I have three broken carrier hinge pins on double hung windows. Here's a picture of the label off the windows and the pins.

We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar, but the 26-150 is a similar style. Take a look at the specifications compared to an intact pivot bar and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
