The window operator that you have pictured looks like our EntryGard Dual Arm Operator, 39-032. See 39-031 for the opposite side. Compare your operator arm dimensions to ours to confirm that this is the correct operator for you. These operators are specially treated with a rust resistant coating. If you need new covers and handles, please see our 39-107 and 39-114L.
