Cartridge/springs for Vinyl window

I am looking for these spring inserts for a vinyl window (22 5 E23U CMC). They are jammed. Also looking for the top&bottom trim that you will see damaged here.

Thank you for contacting us. This appears to be the S765-23 with the 22-5 stamp option. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

We're happy to look into the glazing but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile?
