I'm seeking for a window lock that has a hole spacing of 4" exact

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement lock you need for your window. Although, I'll need to see a photo of it to determine the right replacement. Unfortunately, I cannot identify it based on the dimensions and the brand alone.

I cannot guarantee that we'll be able to supply you with the replacement you need, however I am happy to take a look.

Here is a photo of the window lock that includes a tape measure that shows the width of the holes. I had previously sent in this photo but it must not have been passed along.

Please review and let me know if your lock will work as a replacement for this broken lock.

Thanks for the photo. Your casement window lock looks like it could be our 38-096. This part has a hole spacing measurement of 3-13/16", from center to center. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing lock. See if this might be a fit for your window.
