Cascade LBL sliding windows

Quick Learner from Out west
We have Cascade / LBL sliding windows that tilt in, sideways, for cleaning.
The windows roll on a track with holes in it on top and bottom. There are holes in the track to set the open position, and tilt latches to release the sash to tilt in.
The track with holes is getting rusty and the window won't operate.
Do you have these parts?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the sliding window hardware shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Thank you Casey. It's unfortunate there are no replacement parts on windows that were supposed to be lifetime warranty. Fortunately it is only affecting two of my many windows and ones that seem to get the most salty weather conditions since we live close to the ocean. I'm curious to hear if anyone out there has any info or has heard of others that have had similar issues. As of now, both my mother's and mine have issues and hers are worse than mine. She has about 7 windows affected. Thanks for your reply.

If you believe that the windows may still be under warranty, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly since they would need to handle any repairs for them to be covered.
