Cascade-brand windows, channel balance help

Hello! I am looking for replacement window balances for Cascade brand windows. I've uploaded some photos of the balance, as well as some (slightly blurry) photos of the window itself.
The metal portion of the balance is 8 7/8" long. Any help in finding replacements would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! These Cascade window balances are custom, Extended-Travel Channel Balances. I'm happy to provide you with a quote for them but I'll need to know the number of balances you intend to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.

We do not currently have them in stock so there will be a 5 to 6 week lead time.

Thank you for your quick reply! I would need at least 10, and depending on the cost as many as 18. I really appreciate your help.
