Case removal

Your operator resembles the old-style version of one of the Encore-style operators shown in the video below depending on the fitting attached to the end of the longer arm. Unforutnately, the covers attached to the old-style operators are not removable in most cases but both pairs of Encore operators use the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers.
