Case widow crank won't close window

What is replacement crank needed for the below described crank

Pics enclosed of crank ( window opens up to the right side),
Part number on crank is C-9400-1, brass base plate on bottom of crank has stamped # F-9400-8.
Top screw holes in bracket are 2 3/4" apart center to center, second set of screw holes are 4 1/2" apart center to center.

Please let me know if any additional info is needed to accurately replace the old crank.

Thanks for contacting us! Your casement window operator reminds me of an older version of the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. Since the based of the operator is much different from the base on yours, you may also need the 39-362 adapter plate to install it. Take a look over their dimensions and compare them to confirm.
