Case window parts

Thanks for your post! Your casement window lock appears to be an older version of either the 38-138 or 38-139 Roto Multi-Point Locks. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to be sure to compare their dimensions. You'll find the dimensions on each of their catalog pages on the website.

The longer nylon piece can be replaced with the 38-158 Roto Locking Handle Plate. The shorter nylon piece is referred to as a lock bar guide; unfortunately, this was recently discontinued from our inventory and we do not have an alternative we can recommend in its place.
