Pella window arm crank won't catch

My crank for my window doesn't catch consistently. Can I get a new crank or do I need the whole assembly

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see your crank with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
