The handle to my window is broken I have attached a picture please call me or email me thank you. David

Hey, David. I see the problem. In your second picture, I can see a worm gear protruding from the handle. That is not supposed to come out. If it does, it means that the operator gears are stripped. You will have to replace the whole operator.

We can help you replace it if you wish, but I will need to see a few pictures of the operator fully removed from the window.

Perfect, thanks. Check out our 39-031 and 39-032 and see how well these match your operator. Make sure all the dimensions match.
