Here are the photos we happened to have.
No names on the windows or stickers anywhere
the bottoms seem to be rusted and or broken for 3 of them.\ Does it matter which way they open to the outside ?

Unfortunately, the hinge guide is not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. These hinges are quite versatile and can be used on left or right-opening windows.
If you need new operators as well, take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-172 to your assembly. We also offer the 39-171 opposite-handed version if needed. Thanks for posting!
