Broken upper pivot on my casement window

Hi there! The black piece shown here is a part of your hinge. I'm afraid we don't sell this piece separately though. We're only able to offer the 36-048 if the specifications match up. Take a look and see what you think.

Note, you always want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Hi, Emily--
The upper piece is 10" and the lower piece, on the window itself is 14". The lower piece is fine so we're thinking I should order the 10" kit, correct?

I'm not sure what pieces of the hinge you're referring to. Are you saying that the top hinge's track that's attached to the sill is 10" and the bottom hinge's track is 14"? If not, could you clarify what you mean?
