Take a look at the video below that will help you choose the correct encore operator pair for your repair. The fitting at the end of the link arms would slide out of the end of the track and the shorted link arm will pop off if the peg of your sash bracket. Then, you'd remove the screws that attach the operator base to the window sill to slide the operator arms out of the sill trim and install the replacement. Thanks for posting!
