They are both 10" slides but the bottom bar is longer and they both have adjustable slides on them as apposed to the 36-048 and 36-090-10. It's just one window top is smaller bar than bottom bar. Please help.

These aren't likely to have the same dimensions as the existing hinges, so you'd need to replace both the top and bottom, at the same time, to ensure they'll be a match.
