Thanks for getting back to me. Here is what I need for the casement that is roughly 30-1/2" wide x 40-1/2" high. Looking inside to out the locking handle is on the left. Looking outside to in the hinge is on the right.
(1) Tie bar roughly 26"
(1) Matching locking handle
(2) Matching sash keepers
Please let me know the Matching part #'s for these three items.Please see photos of what is currently on this window. I would bet my life these are not available. Need to get something close for a vinyl casement. I need tie bar, sash keeper, and locking handle. Please let me know what you think.

Unfortunately, I don't recognize this lock assembly shown in your photos. I'm honestly not confident that we can supply parts that would work for your repair.
With that being said, we would be happy to look into this further if you could confirm the make and model of the window, which could help us point you in the right direction. Thank you!
