Hello,

We carry the 39-109B handle that installs on Pella operators with a 3/8" diameter spline. Take a look and see if this would work for your operator's specifications. 

We did carry the cover for these operators at one time but, unfortunately, they have since been discontinued. Thanks for posting.

Since Pella uses brand-specific hardware and your original cover is no longer available, unfortunately, our generic replacements would not work for your operator assembly. I'd recommend reaching out to Pella directly to discuss your replacement options.
