Casement Cranking Mechanisms

I'm looking for the same cranking mechanisms for my casement window. Can I get this? Is there a substitute that will work ??

Thank you for posting. It's tough to tell what you have based on this picture, but see our 39-221 to start out. You may want to remove yours from the window so that you can compare it more accurately to our photos and dimensions.
