Casement Frame Rubber seal replacement.

Question

The sealer (non-hardening) for the Casement Frame Rubber seal. I have the rubber seals (New). There is a white sealing compount inside the channel.
locking to get of it (maybe a cartrige or 2) but don't know the name.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry any kind of sealant, which we do not recommend when installing window glazing since it can make it harder to replace it down the line.

As for the windows being out of square, that could be due to a variety of factors. I would recommend starting by checking the hinges to see if they may need to be adjusted of replaced. We'll relate a few videos on this page that you may find helpful. Thank you!
