Casement Handle and Cover Replacement - Need Flushmount Solution

Can the Truth Folding Handle And Cover Kit (Product Code: 39-107FK) fully replace these? My cover looks like the Truth cover on your website.

I'm looking for a flush handle solution for my casement windows.

I'm not sure I understand the question. The 39-107FK doesn't go on top of the old cover and handle. The old cover and handle must be removed first before installing the 39-107FK. I hope this helps.

To attempt to clarify, once I remove the old covers, will these new covers and associated handles have the same footprint? So that the area that was covered before is still covered? I hope that makes sense.
