I have a double casement vinyl window. The hardware is stamped Truth. The stud bracket mounted to the window is flat and is 8 inches in length. On the window pictured the stud mounted to the window is rusted off. I should probably replace all the hardware for both the left and right windows. The length of the arm attached to the track and window is 5 1/2 inches. The length of the arm attached to the window corner and the operator arm is 5 inches. I am surprised they used SS screws to attach the operator but not to mount the track. I will also need to replace the weatherstripping and that will later.
Can you help me to find the correct replacement hardware?

Maybe I wasn't completely clear in my original message. There is a stud bracket mounted to the window that is 8 inches long. The stud is mostly rusted off. That is the piece I definitely need. That stud would connect to the hinge set. I don't really want to remove that bracket from the window because that is holding the window in place. I have attached a photo with both stud brackets shown in place.
I will be out of town this next week so anything I would do would be later.
Thank you.

The 8" long part attached to the bottom of the sash that you're referring to is just part of the hinge. Unfortunately, you'll need to remove the hinges to replace them. See our video below that will help you through the process.
