Length is 7-1/4 and the bar that pivots is 7-3/8. Markings from Truth on old one, 31858.

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply a replacement for this hinge. Although, to determine the correct match, I will need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.

This hinge arm is not sold separately from the hinge sets.

Thanks for confirming! I suggest taking a look at the 36-049 2-Bar Hinge Set. We also have the 36-004-14 14" Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set.

Carefully review and compare each of their dimensions to determine which of them is the best replacement match.

You will need to use one set to replace both the top and bottom hinges. Both of these sets can be used for right and left handed applications.
