Casement Hinge wanted

Looking for a Casement Bottom Hinge Assembly, that a customer threw away. I have the corresponding Top hinge. The stainless track has the number 40941 stamped along with the words "PRY TO REMOVE SASH" and an arrow pointing to the pivot. The Sash arm is painted Beige with the number "31133C" stamped into it. The strut is Beige with the word "TRUTH".
