Casement Hinges

Question

I hope you carry replacement hinges that fit. These are 21"X45" vinyl windows. The part that mounts to the frame is 9 1/2" by 3/4" and the rod is about 6 1/2". They don't have the lock that is on yours but there is an adjustment nut under it. Maybe exact lengths aren't needed. I didn't see any manufactures name on the window.
