I believe that the operator is an older Roto x drive operator, based on the body style.

Yes I believe it is the X-drive. Yours could be the older style Pro-drive, which had a hex spline handle. Take a look at the 39-330 along with the standard handle 39-114L handle, I think this hardware can work for you.
