Casement Mechanism

Hello,

The casement operator I am looking for is on a window purchased in February of 1999 in the Sacramento, California area. The paperwork shows it as a brand called Insulate/Vinyltek Series 200/700. It is a vinyl window.

I contacted Vinyltek (located in Canada) and they said that this was not one of their products... they did not supply windows to California.

Please let me know if you can find a replacement for this operator.

Something else to note is that the crank case is rectangular with square ends. It measures approx 5-1/4" x 1-1/2".
