Your window operators remind me of the 39-341 and 39-342 Roto Dual Arm Casement Window Operators. To confirm that these are the correct replacements, you'll need to review and compare the dimensions below.

The long arms on the operators are attached to the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider. The compatible crank handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
