This operator looks similar to our 39-020, but our arm is 9", not 12". Can you confirm that dimension? From your photo, it looks like you're measuring the whole thing, not just the arm.

Oh I didn't know, so measure the arm? Okay it's 9" sorry didn't know to measure just the arm.
