Casement Operator

Thanks for writing in! The casement operator you have here is an older discontinued version of an Andersen Operator. It is no longer made and Andersen has confirmed that they do not have a direct replacement for it.
Our best replacement recommendation is the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank used along with the 39-362 Andersen Casement Operator Adapter Plate (used to help install the recommended operator on some specific Andersen windows made between 1995 and 1998.
The compatible cover is the 39-152 Andersen Classic Operator Cover and there are two replacement crank handles to choose from; the 39-267 Andersen Classic Handle or the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
This installation may require some modifications to install since the link arm and the base are so different from one another. We have not received confirmation that it will work as a suitable replacement and I cannot make any guarantees that it will but it is the closest match we have. Take a look and see what you think!
