Casement Operator Assistance

My brother just purchased a home with casement windows and we are looking to replace two of the operators. Are you able to identify this type of operator from the pictures?

Start by looking at our 39-020 and 39-021 Wood Window Operators. These look a bit similar, but compare to an undamaged version and let me know if anything differs.
