Replacement part.
? The problem with the closers are that the screw assembly now comes out of the assembly- is there a way to reattach so is just doesn't just pull out .

I assume when you by screw assembly you mean the worm gear that the handle attaches to; unfortunately, no, when this comes out it means the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. Fortunately, I believe this is our 39-031 and 39-032 type; just compare the dimensions we list to be sure. For a new handle and cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107.
