Casement Operator Replacement

A landlord from USA says:
The inside of the casement operator to my skylight window is stripped so the handle does not catch when you turn it and the window will not open/close as a result. I can't find any markings or identification for the parts or window itself. I'm looking to find replacement parts but not sure how to find the correct ones. Looking to fix before new tenants move in on 9/1. Can you help?

Thanks!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for contacting us, Geoff. I don't think we'll be able to get this exact operator, just because it's so old. That said, see our 39-379. Could you possibly use this as a substitute? It's a chain based skylight operator likes yours, I'm just not sure how well it will fit in the sill.
