Casement Operator Required

HELLO,
I'M INTERESTED IN GETTING A REPLACEMENT FOR Casement Operator LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE.
COULD GET IT ANY MORE?
ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED.

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace this operator, but it would be best if I could see it removed from the window, with the link arm in full view. The length of each part of the link arm would also be helpful in identifying precisely what you need. Many thanks.

Hello Bob,
Thank you for getting back to me.
It seems the issue in with in the part that attach to the window and get connected to the operator.
The picture attached is that part that getting attached to the mechanism. It is 7" in length of the bar coming out the window.
It has a SN#
HG05
2009U

I'm afraid this photo doesn't tell me anything new. However, you do appear to be showing part of the hinge. Did you need the hinge or the operator? Keep in mind that the hinge doesn't connect to the operator at all. It merely connects the sash to the sill and allows it to swivel out. See the video below for more clarification on how this works.

If you did need just the hinge, see our 36-048 for a possible replacement option. Go over our dimensions to determine if it's a match.

Hello,
I guess I'm trying to get the hinge with the serial number that is on it.
Please let me know what hinge part I should order as replacement to replace existing one as in the picture.

Did you look over the 36-048 I recommended? See if you think this would be a good option. Your exact hinge probably isn't made anymore, but replacement hinges are relatively flexible. You don't necessarily need something identical to the original.
