Hi,

I'm looking for help. The crank was broken and only opens the window. When you try to close the crank comes out.

Hey Maria. I think we can help. This operator resembles possibly either the 39-083 or 39-140, depending on the 'wingspan'. See the diagrams below for reference. Compare both with your old operators to see what matches best.

In either case, for a new handle use the 39-114L. Let me know if you have further questions!
