Casement Operator and Handle Replacement

Question

I am looking for a casement operator and have included two photos. There appears to be a part number on the back: C-1081-101 with a number 2 in the lower right corner.

I also need a replacement handle and have included a picture. The handle swivels to nest into a plastic holder that also covers the crank operator.

Any help identifying these would be welcome.

I've seen this operator a couple times in the past. This is similar in design to our 39-031 and 39-032, except yours has an extra small base. Unfortunately, those two are about the only options we have that may work (assuming the link arm sizes match up). I don't know if you can get them to work in your window; theoretically they'd work the same way, but your sill and sill trim won't have an opening large enough. You'd have to alter them to accept the larger base. Would that be possible?

Assuming it is, you could also use our 39-107FK for the handle and cover.
