Casement Roto Operator and crank

A contractor from Ohio says:
To Whom It May Concern,

I am trying to locate a replacement left hinge dual arm roto operator and casement crank for an Anderson Silver line casement from around 2007. The connection point for the casement crank is stripped out and the casement crank does not stay in anymore and the internal mechanism is stripped. I am attaching some pictures of the part. I believe I have found the roto operator and casement crank. Can someone please advise if I have selected the correct part. We sold our house and the inspector found this issue. So new homeowners want it repaired.

Here is what I believe is correct which I found on another web site:
a. Roto Operator is "ROTO SPLIT ARM OPERATOR FOR WOOD WINDOWS 36-539 WHITE". The thing with this that is throwing me off is it says for a wood window and I need for a vinyl casement. It is possible that they could have used the wood roto operator on the vinyl window. I believe the mechanism is the Pro - Drive not the X - Drive that I need.
b. Casement Crank is "ROTO PRO DRIVE FOLDING HANDLE 37-221 WHITE 3 1/2" OVERALL 5/16" HEX".

Please advise if I am correct in my assumptions on needed parts.
