Casement Widow lock broke

Above is the window model number from tafco. Looking to replace the lock latch. It sheared in half from use and it's only 6 months old. I hope y'all can help because I can't even get tafco to use the warranty.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify what you may have here. The window model number doesn't help, unfortunately. Could you remove an undamaged version of the hardware you're looking to replace and show us some photos?
