A quick learner from Newport, NC says:
This is a Entry Guard 40887 bottom hinge for what is believed to be an Atrium window from the 1990's. Since the dash is on the left from the inside, that makes it the bottom right hinge. I need one white one for replacement.

If you need hinges, take a look at our 36-048 but your photo shows an operator like our Caradco or Entrygard replacements that I've related for you. Take a look and see which one you need based on the length of the link arm shown on ou product pages. Thank you!
