Casement Window

Question

I have a casement window crank that just spins, there is no resistance nor any window movement.

The photos are of a different window that is the same size.

The hinge is on the left side.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like your operator is stripped. Before we get started, can you remove the operator's cover and handle? We'd like to see a photo of the uncovered operator base.
