Casement Window

Home Owner from Cabin in Joseph, Oregon

We have 2 casement windows that are 50-60 years old. Sash and sill are in excellent shape. Sliding shoe broke. So, I believe we need new hinges (we'll get extra to replace the others). As you can see from the photos, the hinge part number is Truth 30905, which I'm sure has changed, but if you have historic information, you can match it.

Hello, Deborah. I agree, it looks like you need all new hinges. We don't sell this exact style but you should be able to use our 36-048 without issue. The only catch is that you must replace the top and bottom at the same time, so as to ensure a symmetrical operation. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
