Casement Window

Hi

I need help with identifying the part needed to fix my casement window. It does not close properly. I also have a picture of a window that works. Please help me identify the part(s)..

Hello Niraj. That looks like the slider for a casement window hinge, which indeed stabilizes and supports the casement window during movement. These slider pieces are not sold separately from the hinges I am afraid--you will need to replace the entire hinge set in the window. See if the 10" 36-004-10 matches your old hingeware.
